Mr. Venkatesh holds a B.Sc. degree and is an Associate Member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India. He has a Diploma in Financial Services and is a CAIIB from Indian Institute of Bankers. He has over three decades of experience in the banking sector during which he has also dealt in Treasury and International Banking. Mr. Venkatesh was the Chairman of Fixed Income, Money Markets & Derivatives Association and a Member of the Technical Advisory Committee of the RBI on Money Market, Securities Market & Foreign Exchange. He is a member of two distinguished Committees of the Securities & Exchange Board of India as well as a Member of the Government of Maharashtra’s Advisory Committee to advice the Chief Minister of Maharashtra on Cash management and Government Borrowing. Currently, Mr. Venkatesh is the Chief Executive of the Associations of Mutual Funds of India.
Mr. Manish Motilal Lalwani

Mr. Lalwani holds a Master’s Degree of Commerce from the Gujarat University and is also a Chartered Accountant. He has over 15 Years of experience in Distressed Assets and Financial Services Business. Mr. Lalwani has been instrumental in setting and scaling up Omkara ARC’s Operations. Prior to being the Managing Director & CEO of Omkara ARC, he was the founder director of the Areion Group - providing various services related to advisory of Stressed Assets, Insolvency Professionals, and Asset Management Company (Fund). He has driven various deals and enjoys good relationships with financial institutions and Investors. Early in his career he has worked across sectors viz. Iron & Steel, Real Estate, Hospitality, Educational, Health, Textile, and Automotive, as part of corporate restructurings and special situations.

Dr. Sakthivel, is an internationally acclaimed textile exporter cum entrepreneur, as well as a Padmashree awardee and a Conferred Doctorate from Bharathiyar University for his yeomen services to the exporter community especially the MSME Sector. He holds a notable position in the Tirupur Exporters’ Association, Apparel Made-ups & Home Furnishing Sector Skill Council and The Federation of Indian Export Orgnisations, Southern Region. He has also been on the Board of UCO Bank, IDBI Bank, ECGC and SIDBI. His rich experience with multi-various businessmen and entrepreneurs especially his interactions with MSME borrowers facing difficulties and awaiting adequate opportunities to revive or restart their businesses during their financial difficulties, prompted him to promote Omkara Assets Reconstruction Private Limited.

Mr. Vignesh has to his credit the Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of American Inter-Continental, United Kingdom. He has vast experience in the field of exports, banking, accounting, finance and is an expert in spearheading corporate and financial planning initiatives in Commercial Operation, Accounts & Finance, Auditing & Taxation and Exports Management.
Mr. Ankit Arun Shah

Mr. Shah holds a Master’s degree in Business Management from the University of Queensland Business School, Australia. Presently he is the Director of Ankit Gems Private Limited, a fast-growing Diamond Processing Company. Mr. Shah is result-oriented and driven to manage Cost as well as establish strategic mutually beneficial partnership and relationship. He is adept at creating strategic alliances with organisation leaders to effectively align with and support key business initiatives.
Mr. Chaitya Lalit Adani

Mr. Adani holds a Bachelor degree in Management Studies from H. R. College and a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from University of Westminster, UK. He has also done courses in International Finance and Social Psychology. Mr. Adani entered the world of business at a very young age and has reached heights of success. Currently he holds directorship in a number of private companies.

Mrs. Srikanth is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has over 22 years of experience in the areas of Audit, Tax and Business consulting across business verticals. She has pursued her professional goals in an active manner by taking up audits of Large & Mid Corporates, Nationalised and Private Banks. She has handled Financial Consultancy, Investment Planning & Project funding including ECBs and has rendering Advisory Services in Treasury and Forex Management as well as Restructuring of Stressed Assets.
Mr. Dwarko Ghanomal Rajpal

Mr. Rajpal has to his credit degrees in M.B.A. & L.L.B. and is also a Member of the Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He was associated with the Central Bank of India for a period of 39 years, during which he also served as the General Manger (Recovery) of the bank. He was also a Nominee Director on the Board of UV Asset Reconstruction Company Limited.

Mr. Ramesh Rangan holds B.Sc degree in Maths, Physics and Chemistry from the Osmania University, Management Diploma from the Dukes’ University, London and CA IIB from the Indian Institute of Bankers India. He is also a Fellow member of the Indian Institute of banking & Finance and has completed an Executive Education Course on Leadership & Corporate Accountability from the Havard Business School. Mr. Ramesh Rangan was Advisor to the Govt. of India, Ministry of Finance, Banking Division for 4 years, the Deputy General Manager of Commercial Branches in Bhubaneshwar & Chennai, General Manager of Mid Corporate Credit Group and Chief General Manager of the State Bank of India, Ahmedabad Circle.
Mr. Sathiyanarayanan Srinivasan

Mr. Sathiyanarayanan completed his Masters in Law from the University of Madras and is a qualified Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant and Company Secretary. He has completed the Graduate Certificate Course in International Commercial Arbitration from NUS, Singapore and Treasury & Forex Management from ICFAI. He also holds Certification in IPR from the WIPO Institute, Geneva. Currently he is pursuing a research programme in GST from the TamilNadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University. Mr. Sathiyanarayanan is a partner in “Wise & Worth, Advocates & Consultants” and he practices in the Hon’ble High Court Madras, Kerala & Karnataka, Civil Court and various tax and debt recovery tribunals. He advises Corporates, NGOs, Banks, NBFCs and ARCs in areas of structuring transactions, Commercial litigations, Corporate Law, Debt Banking Laws, Property Laws, IPR Laws and Taxation laws. He is presently the Honorary Advisor for Direct Taxes to Andhra Chamber of Commerce and Expert Committee Member of Corporate Law in Hindustan Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Srenik Sett

Mr. Sett is a graduate in Commerce and Law. He started his career as a photo journalist and went on to become a specialist in the advertising and public relation space through his sole coverage of the 1983 Prudential World Cup which was captured & authored in a chronicle named, ‘Miracle at Lords’. He was the Media & PR consultant for Mr. Pranab Mukherjee, when his excellency was the Central Finance Minister. Mr. Sett is well known in the field of Financial Advertising and Capital Market. He is also associated with various chambers and corporate houses in their advisory committees. He is actively involved in social activities and personally pursues the social cause of education for the underprivileged children with a missionary zeal.
